“The product I bought MAG R&R appears to be working and if it continues I will purchase more.muscle cramps in my legs decreased a lot. I only started taking one capsule at night, it worked well but notice the pain came back after a few days, so I am increasing it to two per night. Overall it seems to work. I have no side effects.”

“Mag R&R seems to be a quality product, but it did not work for me as hoped after about 2 weeks. I called to get more information and recommendations. Was told someone would call me back. No one did; however, a refund was processed even though I did not request a refund. I would have liked to talk to someone first, as I requested.”

Hi Sue! We're sorry to hear about this. I do see that your order has been refunded in full. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. We always suggest that you consult with your physician or a licensed medical professional before beginning or changing your nutrition program, including which supplements you take.

“While I don’t suffer from muscle cramps I do have insomnia and heard from a friend it helped it her with her cramps as well as sleep. I’m giving it a 3-star (neutral) can’t say anything bad about it, like other products it just didn’t help with my insomnia. But I did get a full refund so maybe it should be a 4-star!”
