“For years I have been suffering from night-time leg cramps ("charlie horses") sometimes unbearable, and for the last year or so almost every night! I started taking Mag R&R on 9/1/2021 (2 before bedtime.) Within days, the cramps virtually stopped! But after a month, they started coming back but not quite as bad as before. I then increased the dosage to 3 times a month beginning 10/1/2021 - that's 6 months ago now and I hardly ever get cramps anymore! I signed up for the auto-ship so I never run out - what a lifesaver!!!”

“While my night time leg cramps had lessened to almost never, I wasn’t sure it was due to taking R&R until I was started getting low on my pills. I had decreased the amount to make sure they lasted until my next delivery, only to start having severe leg cramps every night. That told me they were working.”

“Just woke up after 1st night of taking 1 capsule of MAG R&R. Fluke or immediate response, I don’t know yet, but I woke up refreshed and without lower limb muscle tightness and soreness for the first time in years! The nighttime muscle twitching/spasms were undetectable during the past night as I wasn’t suddenly rudely awoken by this, per my usual nighttime experience. Time will tell.”

“I already have recommended Mag R&R to my friends. I got a cramped leg while swimming; friends ran in the house, got Mag R&R, and saw how quickly it relieved the cramp.
