“I was having ankle & leg cramps almost every night. I ordered the MAG supplement & now take 2 capsules nightly before bed. I very seldom get those cramps now, plus my neurologist tells me that the magnesium in the supplement will help with ocular migraines as that is what is prescribed to help them”
