“Maybe because I don’t suffer from leg cramps just insomnia, I’ve taken 2 first night took Alone and was up every couple hours as usual, the next night took the 3 and still up 2 1/2 hours later so took a Xanax . The next night did same, this does not help with sleep alone imo.”

“The Mag R&R pills have greatly helped reduce nighttime cramps in the legs, sleeping better and enjoying "life." I get spasms and 'tingling' feelings in my feet and arches now and then but I think taking the pills help with that as well.”

“I have been using the MAG R & R for nighttime muscle cramps and relaxation support for about. 3 1/2 months. I usually take one capsule but occasionally two and they seem to be very helpful. Since starting this supplement I have rarely had any nighttime cramping. Highly recommend.”
