“It took a while but is helping with the cramps. Occasionally if I get cramps in the night I take a second one which helps. I was hoping it would help me sleep but that hasn’t happened. My spasms were worse after I golfed so I am happy to get relief from them.”

“I'm 71, and a diabetic. Before I started taking Mag R&R I would have leg cramps about twice a month. The cramps would be terrible and once I got one I did not want to go back to sleep fearing that another cramp may come. I would be in pain the whole next day after the cramp. I would keep a bottle of "theraworks" and a bottle of mustard on my night stand all the time and I would drink a liter of tonic water every couple of weeks to try to keep the cramps from happening. Then I bought a bottle of Mag R&R and decieded to try it for a month. I am on my second bottle now, it's been over two months and I have had zero leg crampsl What a relief !”

“I have been using salt wrap for several years now. . I use to get excruciating leg cramps but the Mag R&R has stopped the cramps. I am very pleased with salt wrap products .”

“This is the best product ever for leg cramps. I have tried all the over the counter products and tonic water and only Mag R&R has worked. I showed the product to my doctor and he said it was okay to take. No more leg cramps”

“I was having leg cramps several times a night. The very first night I took 2 capsules and had no cramps. It has been a week now and the capsules are still working. I have been sleeping through the night.”
