“I usually don't give any product a 5 star rating unless it's absolutely a knock out. I have been using Mag R & R for nightime muscle cramps in my legs. It has helped me immensely and I've only had mild cramps 2 or 3 times since starting to use it. It's the elemental Magnesium that is the important mineral, not just any magnesium. Drinking adequate amounts of water every day is also important. Don't take my word for it....try it yourself and see if you don't agree.”

“I quickly learned that 2 capsules were not enough to relieve my leg cramps so for the last 4 nights I have been taking 3 capsules at night. I am happy to report that my formerly severe leg cramps have significantly reduced to the point where I can now sleep uninterrupted for most of the night without having to get up and walk off my leg cramps. I am so pleased that these capsules are actually working for me.”

“ABOUT 5 AM EVERYDAY I WOULD GET SERVERE LEG CRAMPS AND IN THE EVENINGS I WOUKD GET BAD HAND/FINGER CRAMPS.I ORDERED THE MAG R7R SALTWRAP (3 BOTTELS).THE FIRST DAY SLIGHT CHANGE,SECOND DAY NO LEG CRAMPS!!!!.I AM ALMOST THRU MY SECOND BOTTEL WITH ALMOST NO LEG CRAMPS,MY HANDS/FINGERS ARE STILL A PROBLEM WITH CRAMPS DAYILY.BUT THEY DONT SAY IT WILL HELP HAND CRAMPS .”

“I wish this product worked better for me, as it seems to work for others! But the fact that there is melatonin in it makes it so it doesn't work for me; I was hoping this wouldn't be the case, but melatonin paradoxically works the opposite on me than on others - it keeps me awake.”
