“I have been using the R & R capsules for several years now. started using them to help prevent leg cramps which it did help but also received a bonus effect with the little bit of melatonin that is in it. It puts me to sleep so smoothly and soundly that you don't even realize it. I think that alone has helped my leg cramps because you are more relaxed. I just wish it was a little more affordable.”

“we got the Mag R&Rmuscle recovery & Sleep support, what a waste of time and money. It does nothing. We tried 1 pill a night, then 2 pills a night, 3 pills a night, It has not helped us in any way to sleep any better. And I still get leg cramps. on a better note, the customer support is very fast and helpful”
