“I have been using Mag R&R for awhile now. I still get night time leg cramps sometimes but I choose to believe that it helps, along with appropriate daily hydration. “I was having severe night leg cramps after using cramps disappeared. My doctor advised to try not using after six months no cramps have kept some if cramps appear”

“I was skeptical, but it really does works. I started with just one tablet but had to work up to 3 for full relief. I have noticed that I have to take it right at bedtime. If I take it earlier in the evening, I get cramps in the morning that wake me up. But it does work.”

“I'm using it due night leg/foot cramps present for about 1 year, every night. Taking one at bedtime worked for 2 weeks then the problem returned. 2 at bedtime worked for 10 days. Now on 3 at bedtime, the maximal dose. Hope it stays. I'm a vascular surgeon and have no idea why it works. So far so good.”

“This product does not work. While using this product I am still having nocturnal legs cramps 2 -3 times a night. Wanted my money.”
