“It doesn't work on me. I have been taking some of the same ingredients on a regular basis but I need more. I get terrible leg & feet cramps. Magnesium my cause the runs but that seems to work best with potassium”

“I like my Mag R&R with the Melotonin as it really relaxes me for bed. There are ragher expensive to purchase. I am currently looking for an alternative that works as well but less expensive. Thank you”
