“Had terrible nighttime cramps for several years and heard about Mag R and R took my first capsule just after Christmas 2020 and haven’t been bothered by cramps since, 8 months later. Age 91 so the cramps were a real problem.”

“I was taking Cramp Defense. But still experiencing leg cramps while sleeping at night & waking in agony. I started taking Mag R&R about a month ago. It works pretty well except when I drink a few beers. & I like my beer. So that's why it didn't receive 5 stars. Also I've never taken Melatonin before. & I can say I do like the sleep effect that it gives me. So in summary I'm going to order more & hope for continued better results with continued use.”

“Well, I do have to take them everyday, I think..Not sure as I missed a night once and sure enough the net day cramps. However I only had one time that I had to take two the same day. Other than that, I only need to take one a night to eliminate cramps. I can even stretch in the morning which I missed doing, afraid I would get a cramp. So, I have ordered and received a second bottle and will continue to do so as they have no side effects or stomach issues. Other than stopping the cramps, you don't even know you've taken them. Thank you, Danny”
