“I was very skeptical at first but my night time leg cramps were so severe and continued to get worse so I decided to give the MAG R&R a try. After just one night time dose of 3 tablets, my leg cramps stopped!! I have continued to take the MAG R&R and have had no further cramps except for very minor ones occasionally which are controlled by a bottle of Zero Vitamin Water. I would recommend anyone who is having severe night time leg cramps to give this a try!! I'm a believer!!”

“This is my second purchase of the supplement. I thought I would try it so I purchased one bottle my first time. My nighttime leg cramps were reduced by at least 1/2 and that’s with taking only one capsule before bed. I may start taking 2 capsules to see if my leg cramps go away completely!”

“My wife has had problems with severe night time leg cramps for years. We ordered your MAG R&R muscle recovery pills & sleep support. The recommended dosage was 3 tablets nightly. This was followed by the suggestion of starting with a dosage of one tablet. She did this and has had no episodes since. She'll continue with the one per day as that seems to do the trick. Great product, seems to work better than the spray on ointment that is widely advertised.”

“When I first received product, my next few nights were better sleep conditions. I have been taking Mag R&R for 6 weeks. Have had 2 nights cramp free, a few nights with 1-2 cramps, a few nights with cramps that kept me awake all night. These pills taken in conjunction with Tonic water helps. Had blood drawn this week to see if there is anything else going on.”
