“Your other reviewers raved about the good sleep they get with no cramping. I started with 2 capsules and was wide awake all night. Switched to 1 capsule and it takes me a good 45 minutes to an hour to get to sleep. I sleep well with no cramping but the product is very difficult to fall asleep with.”

“I am a small person but I have found that taking the 3 pills for nighttime muscle cramps helps me greatly. But because the pills are large I take one in the a.m., one in the late afternoon, and one at bedtime. I see a big improvement and am able to sleep thru the night. And trust me I tried everything. Thank you so much.”

“I started with dosage of two capsules and reasonable success. I recently switched to the recommended three doses at night and seem to have a more successful cramp free full nights sleep. Gerry Maier”
