“Still having leg cramps within 1/2 hr. Of going to bed, plus not sleeping well at all. Up frequently walking off leg cramps or peeing. Probably Will be returning the 2 unopened bottles. I’ll decide after I finish first bottle.”

“I go be this med a great thing. I've been talking them for about three months n my cramps have decreased to nearly none. But when I get low or have any then it starts back over cramping.”

“I am on my second bottle of Mag R&R, taking three a night after beginning with one a night, as recommended. I took one for 3 nights and jumped to three, real quick. I have had 1 1/2 bottles. I totally recommend this product after having feet and leg cramps since 2020.”
