“I knew when i got the Email after my purchase that stated "some people" need to take it for longer periods of time for it to be effective , I got the feeling in my gut that I have been the victim of another supplement sales pitch because of my issues with night time leg cramps. I have been Taking the supplement 3 capsules every night before bed time. Two of those nights I got severe cramps in my legs 4 of those nights I have had cramping in my ankles and calf muscles. All of those nights I had to use the Thera works relief foam and my night time cramp pills that melt under your tongue and they stopped right away. I am going to finish my order and see how it is at that time. Jury is Out...,”

“This product is simply amazing and really works. I had suffered just bad leg cramps especially in the evening and at night. Since using this product, I have NO leg cramps anymore, unless I exercise very vigorously maybe. But they go away really quickly. Truly an amazing product. Worth every penny. I'm on auto ship. “am a 64 yo female. I purchased the MagR&R for relief of terrible, almost nightly, leg and foot cramps. I started with the recommended 2 capsules for my weight, 120 lbs, but don't tolerate that much melatonin, which I have had issues with in the past. I am currently taking 1 capsule at bedtime and have had good relief from the cramps, and, more restful sleep without the weird dreams associated with 2 capsules.”
