“Too soon to tell if it helps reduce incidence of night time calf muscle cramps. I am still getting some cramps in one leg after 1 week on low dose [1-2] pills. Upping the dose to 3 tonight 2.16.21.”

We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Thanks, James!
