“Now on my second bottle of MAG R&R Muscle Recovery & Sleep Support. Have not experienced leg cramps since starting these capsules and appreciate the sleeping aid qualities as well, so I would say they are effective. I was experiencing almost nightly leg cramps prior to starting this product.”

“I am turning 70 soon and have dealt with night cramps for the last 3 years. Mostly calf cramps, but more recently excruciatingly terrible inner thigh cramps that almost take my breath. Since I started 4 months ago, I am doing quite well and rarely if ever have either cramp issues. Side benefit is that I seem to have much better sleep at night also. Thank you”

“MAG R&R is the only therapy for leg cramps I have found to absolutely work. I was plagued by extreme leg cramps every night. I tried the Amish concoction and the topical (can't remember the name). They worked somewhat, but not like MAG R&R. If I happen to skip taking it a night or two, and it still seems to be in my body. It is GREAT!! I highly recommend it.”

“I’ve been on one pill per night for about two weeks and it seems to be working. I also make sure I get plenty of electrolytes during the course of a day. The pills seem to be helping with sleep also.”

Hi Salvatore - We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. The good reviews are almost too deceiving! Again, we can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully you will see results accumulate over time.
