“Wow-absolutely unbelieveable! I went from the last 5 yrs of all over body twitching-spasms,cramps-sleeping on 3-4 hrs,bathroom wake-ups,not being able to sleep deeply.,every single night-to all night 7 hrs,no bathroom trips,flexing my feet and legs with no cramps! No excruciating cramps! I noticed the first night on 1 capsule was subtle but slept better with 5 hrs,then next night 6 hrs., was able to go without a daytime nap once I reached the 7 hr stretch by the 5th night. On 5th night I took two. I never hear my hubby get up to go to the bathroom either. There are 4 of us having similar problems so we are gearing up for all of us to take this..cannot say enough good things about this product!! Keep up the good works!”
