“This product does help with sleep, and serotonin production because of the inositol. My depression that I’ve had my entire life, lessened. However, a person needs to be careful of how often they take this product. You can have too much melatonin in your body to sleep. This happened to me after taking this product every night for maybe a month. Or less. I was tossing and up all night. Read too much melatonin is not good for you. It could have the reverse effect. It did however, help my leg cramps dissipate. Which was the main reason I bought your product. I am 57. Have autoimmune lupus, and this product did help me. A word of caution on how long you use. And I never took the recommended dose of 3. I took 2 as 1 did not help me with sleep or leg cramping. I do like your product still. And use it occasionally along with collagen for join issues.”

Hi Mary - Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. Glad to hear it has helped you! You make a great point regarding dosage - many people are able to taper down to 1 or 2 capsules over time as a preventive measure. And even eventually use it as needed instead of nightly.
