“The first bottle seem to work very well, by the time I finish that bottle I did not had nighttime leg cramps. I just bought three more bottles and within two weeks of the first bottle I’m having leg cramps again I don’t understand that I’m a little worried about it. From what I’ve read on your website the longer you take it the better it works that doesn’t seem to be working for me. I won’t give up yet but I would sure like some more help with this issue.”

“It actually works the way its suppose to. I had leg cramps almost every night also cramping of the feet. I get a good nights sleep with no cramps. Highly recommended.”

Great to hear, Dina! Mag R&R contains 100% of the Vitamin B6 RDI. Be careful taking more than that, as long-term overusage has been associated with increased nerve problems (not decreased like we are aiming for).

Hi Jill - Sorry this didn't work out. I'm glad we were able to quickly process a refund for you. Also - we always recommend starting with one capsule to assess tolerance. A full 3 capsule serving is more than necessary for many people.
