“Have been taking one capsule a day for a few weeks now and am still having muscloe cramps at night. Some nights are better than others, but I think the cramps may be lessening in frequency. I will continue taking the capsules and hope for continued improvement”

Hi Peggy! Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key! We can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“I was having severe muscle cramps in my calf & thigh muscles so much I didn't want to go in plublic for fear of getting muscle cramps. They would hit me in my thigh & last for @ 3 to 4 minutes. I was screaming, the pain was so bad. I started taking the MAG R&R for nightime & the cramps have gone away. I am so thankful to the Lord for directing me to use these products. I will continue to use these, thank you Saltwrap. Thank You, Martha”
