“It did NOTHING to stop my leg cramps! I’m up about 4 times a night with them. Also having to urinate 3-4 times a night. This is much more than before I started taking these pills!”

“Small leg cramps began about a year ago. First the left leg and then both, with increasing frequency and severity. I am about 100 pounds, so I am taking one pill nightly and have experienced no leg cramps since. I am again sleeping through the night. Wonderful.”

“Hi. I ordered MagR&R because I was having severe leg cramps every night. I felt that I needed magnesium but didn’t want to take magnesium oxide. I started with 1 capsule at bedtime. It helped but not every night. I am taking 2 every night now and although the result is better, it still isn’t perfect. Nothing else helps so I’m grateful but I don’t want to go to 3 capsules per night because I would then need a bottle of MagR&R every month and that’s pricey for me.”

“Using Mag R & R. I had tried everything for my husbands nocturnal leg cramps. He would be bent over bed crying n I never saw him cry. He was getting more n more cramps like in his neck n arms too. He lost sleep after waking with them n his leg being so sore from cramp. He is a commercial Sheet Metal worker on feet all day n probably over uses his muscles n they can relax at night. I was desperate n tried this product. Great write up on the product n I didn’t see any bad reviews. IT WORKS!!! So glad we found this! I tried them too n so did my 88 year old mom. We just placed an order for 6 bottles/3 each. Thanks for a great life saving product! Customer service has been great offering discounts and answering questions!”
