“My chronic nocturnal spasms were getting progressively more severe and frequent. 3-4 nights per week and lasting several excruciating minutes. They ceased as soon as I started taking the Mag R&R. That was 7-8 months ago, I've only had one mild brief spasm since then. While I did not recognize a sleep quality issue prior to taking the supplement I did notice a faster deeper sleep since using.”

“Have finished 1 bottle with taking 2 caps about 8pm. So far no leg cramps at night ! Still having some daytime hamstring and calf cramps at times”

“I've had ferocious leg cramps for the past 8 years. I tried everything I could to help, including medical grade potassium and magnesium capsules. These cramps would start at my toes, go up the tops of my feet, up my shins and wrap around my thighs. It was debilitating. I could not stand or walk when they hit one, or both, legs; all I could do is cry and pray. They were lasting 3 to 5 minutes and left me feeling bruised in areas where they were the worst. This past 2 years I was experiencing them 3 times a week or more. When I saw this advertisement and read all of the reviews saying how it had helped, and then saw the promise of a full refund if it didn't work, I was in. I read, "what have you got to lose?" I thought, "My leg cramps. " and ordered 3 months worth of the MAG R&R. I took 2 the first night and actually slept fairly well. I did this for a week. I could feel my muscles tense and kind of hover in pre- spasm mode, but they did not cramp up. That truly was a miracle! I've had 3 very minor cramps in the past 5 weeks, and not in both legs at the same time, nor from toes to groin. I had 1 pretty bad one on the top of my foot and ankle, but it only lasted a minute, AND I was able to massage it out for the most part. Never been able to do that before. That was a week ago and there's been nothing since. I'm so grateful for this product. I'm sleeping better, which is nice since I haven't slept really well in many, many years. I feel better and find I'm not afraid to go to sleep, or stretch the wrong way in fear of having an episode take hold. To say "thank you" seems so inadequate. I'm recommending this to everyone I know who suffers from leg cramps that are beyond the typical charly horse type. Bless you and your business!!”

“I found your products when they first came out looking for anything that would help my husband with his cramps in all muscle groups. Literally! His mother was just as bad. He had been using quinine but it was no help. Bottom line is he has been using both R&R products and has not had ANY issues with cramping. Even if he feels like they were overtaxed he takes an extra one and it takes it away. He has a wonderful auto immune disease called Behcets which is vascular. The company is great and I have been learning with the emails I receive from the company also. Thanks I never figured he would be able to climb the mountains and continue with his passion because of the issues created from his disease. It means everything to us!”
