“This product is AMAZING! I was having debilitating night cramps in my legs and feet that brought me out of bed every night. I had to get up and walk until the cramp went away. They kept me up all night, which really took a toll on my daytime life. I tried everything that was recommended, magnesium, electrolytes, even pickle juice and mustard and everything else that people recommended. Nothing helped until I found MAG R&R. The very first night I took them, I did not have a cramp at all. I was so happy that I could finally sleep. I take two every night and I have not had any debilitating cramps since I started taking them. The bottle says take up to three, but I don’t think I need three yet. I will save that third one in case they come back. I showed my back doctor and he said the ingredients were good and if they helped me, I should continue to take them. Thank you for making this lifesaver!!”
