“I had terrible leg cramps at night and was in real misery. I decided to try MAG R&R. I started with one capsule and it helped immediately. There was a definite decrease in severity. So I started taking two capsules before bed. That seems to be the magic dosage because the cramps have stopped completely. I really am not sure how this works but it works well for me. I am more grateful than you will ever know for this product.”
