“I had incessant pains when I went to sleep each night. While coping with the cramps became somewhat routine, the pain of not having a good sleep for over a month, was simply torture. I did some research, found the link to MAG and gave it a try. Its been fantastic. I typically now go through the night with not a single cramp, except when I know I have a strenous day. Its still early, but in general I think this is an amazing product.”

“I use it to get rid of night cramps which come about 4 hours after I go to bed and about 7 hours after going to bed. Both have gone. It also makes me sleep better.”

“I was having debilitating night cramps from my toes to my thighs for months. I researched natural remedies and finally MAG R&R and decided to try it. OMG, the first night I tried it, no cramps and I slept like a baby. I continued to take it night after night and had no cramps. I took it for a month and then one night I forgot to take it and the cramps returned. They were not as severe but they came back. Now, I do not miss a night without taking this amazing supplement. I am 68 years old and this body is collapsing. This supplement has at least helped me get through the nights without pain. I highly recommend it!”
