“I had been plagued by leg and foot cramps at night for about three years. They are very painful. I started with Mag R&R and found that it actually works. I had tried a few other things but nothing really helped. I was skeptical of R&R at first but thought I would try it anyway. It works! You do have to be consistent in taking it, but I am getting more rest at night and I am grateful for the people who researched and found this solution.”

“After reading many of the reviews for this product, I had hope it might give me even some relief. I have taken it for four weeks and it has done absolutely nothing! Zip....Zero! 9-17-2024 UPDATE: I would like to revise my review: While this product didn't work for me, it has for others, which is great! I will continue my search. “I have suffered from foot cramps for years and have tried every trick in the book! I had pickle shots in the freezer ready to go every night. “I have been going to Doctor's for years with night cramps waking me up in the middle of the night and a lot of the times it was double cramps in both legs at the same time. My husband felt helpless & all I could do was cry, so painful! The doctor never could help me, then my son found this on line! It was a miracle for my pain! I just take a dose before bed & no cramps. Amazing product!”
