“I had Terrible cramps at night. Every night. I couldn’t move without getting a cramp. Since I e been taking MAG R&R I have had very few cramps and the ones I get aren’t as severe and don’t just come right back. I’m very thankful for MAG R&R”

“I've faithfully taken R&R since 5/11/24. While my night time foot and leg cramps have become less frequent I still get them occasionally to point I must jump out of bed and stand to release the twisting of my right foot or to release the pain in my right thigh. Current, I take two capsules twice a day after satiating my body with the initial dosage in May. Nonetheless, I recommend this product to anyone who battles with foot and leg cramping on a regular basis.”
