“This product is very good. I rarely have nighttime cramps anymore. As good as it is I might have to search for something else that is more affordable. A fixed income place limits on what you can afford.”

“I wish I could leave a great comment. I started taking the MAG R&R two weeks ago. I am taking 3 capsules before bedtime. Although, the cramping has improved a little bit, it hasn't gone away yet! Last night I was awakened several times with foot and leg cramps. So painful, I massaged and stretched but nothing help. My doctor recommended I double up the serving size, I am going to try that to see if it improves! I won't give up yet!”

“I tried all the Leg Cramp medicines and none worked. I have found that one pill only works for 4 to 5 hours. If I wait until I wake up between 1 and 4, one pill gets me though the night.”

“Since I have been taking the Mag R&R, I have not had a muscle cramp that wakes me. I sleep much better and I am not afraid that I will wake in excruciating pain. I will probably take this for life!”
