“I learned so much doing this cleanse! The recipes were easy and (mostly) delicious and the instructions were clear. Even though the recipes are simple, it does feel like a lot of food prep for a 3-week period. I felt pretty good during the program and noticed clearer skin. While I don't love the concept of cleanses in general, I took positive lessons and life habits from this program that I have kept with me even now 6 years later. In general, I eat and enjoy way more veggies and am more inclined to eat a whole foods plant-based diet. This program really empowered me with healthy culinary skills.”

“My first time doing the 21 day cleanse was in 2013 and I believe it was around the first time the cleanse was even offered! It was the first time I was introduced to green smoothies and sweet dandy tea. It was from this point on I was able to ditch coffee (and mostly all caffeine) and incorporate green smoothies into my regular diet. It was very hard on me the first week as I really didn’t do a great job cleaning out my cupboards or paying attention to how intense the detox symptoms would be. I actually only got through 14 days but honestly looking back it was a game changer for me. I’ve done the 21 day a couple times since each time getting a little closer to the finish line. I continue to incorporate the snacks (hello chia seed pudding and warrior bars!) and meals into my weekly rotation. “Once I started drinking green smoothies, things started to change! When I did a Green Smoothie Challenge, it kind of started breaking my addiction to carbohydrates a little. And then I did Fresh Start 21, and THAT was life-changing. Talk about cleansing...it re-booted me in more ways than one! My craving for carbs and sweets disappeared. I got off diet sodas completely (haven't gone back to drinking those at all). and caffeine, too. And for the first time in a LONG time, produce didn't turn to science experiments in my fridge.
