I even incorporated some new vegetables into my routine that I have never eaten before. It is an educational and healthy experience. “I enjoyed this cleanse! The majority of the recipes were easy, quick and very tasty. I only had 1 that I did not like and it may have just been an off day for me. I rarely felt hungry, unless I did not prep and have my snacks and things ready to go. So,prepping is key! I would love to do more cleanses like this a few times a year and feel more energetic!

“The Fresh Start cleanse was exactly what I needed to get my mind and body back on track from months of being in a rut of sugar and fat! The length was perfect to effectuate change. The food was surprising delish and more flavorful than what I was expecting. I appreciated the support, ideas and check-ins from other rawksters. It was reaffirming that I was not alone in feeling what I was feeling. This three week reset came at a critical time when I could easily spiral out of control before the holidays.
Why not 5 stars? If I could, I would give 4.5 stars. I worry about some advice - like drinking a lot of water. I think research shows your kidneys can only process about 2-3 cups of water per hour and you should probably drink 9 cups of water a day for women without worrying about electrolyte depletion. So, I think there should be some warning about excessive water consumption. Also, I'm not convinced coconut oil is good for you and I see in the notes that it is an absolute must. True, we don't use much of it, but it is shown to increase ldl more so than say olive oil. (These two concerns about water and coconut oil I learned from Dr. Greger's nutritionfacts.org videos.) Other than that, perfect for me (and my spouse who did it as well)!”
“The Fresh Start 21 Day Cleanse program has been amazing. I loved making green smoothies prior to doing this cleanse, but I didn't vary my ingredients much. With the recipes in this cleanse, I varied smoothies ingredients and tried things I'd leave out in the past. The smoothies were delicious! The meal plan was easy to follow and had some very delicious recipes.”
“I loved this 21 day cleanse! First, having support with the weekly calls was really encouraging with the tips and questions from the other cleanse warriors. Second, most of the recipes were easy and really yummy! So yummy, that even if I made extra for the week, they didn't last as my husband and kids usually finished them off. So the downside, was more prep work for me (lol!). Lastly, the Facebook group was so encouraging. It was encouraging to get tips from other warriors and changes to the recipes (for picky eaters or people with allergies). It was also encouraging because if we don't have to be perfect and just keep on the journey to eat better and understand our nutrition needs. Thank you so much for everything that you put into it! It is a bargain for getting the opportunity to get the support, learning how to meal prep and trying some easy & healthy recipes!”
“If you're committed to changing your relationship with food, this is a wonderful way to do it. I've done the Whole30 twice and I didn't know if I wanted to do a vegan reset. I've learned so much more about my eating habits and patterns and the best part is that a couple of the recipes in here are SO GOOD that they are going to end up in our regular dinner rotation now. If you're on the fence, I recommend trying it. Nuts and seeds are the new meat.”
