“Wonderfully planned cleanse. I lost 8 pounds, and will continue to eat like this because I feel great. It wasn’t easy, prep is KEY, but, it was worth it!!! My favorite part were the detailed shopping lists for each week. I love cooking but hate shopping and making lists, so the pre-prepped grocery lists made me ecstatic!!!! Food was super delicious, even my picky 3 yr old liked several of the recipes! I never knew plant based eating could taste so good! “The Fall 21 Day Cleanse was challenging but awesome. Week one is tough, week 2 tougher, week 3 tough but the meals are full of flavor and I was introduced to foods I had never eaten before. I did not loose weight like many others did but I feel great. I have energy, my skin is clear, and I just feel better. I will definitely be adding many of the recipe's to my rotation. The FB group was extremely supportive and I learned a lot from all the others doing the cleanse. Tips and tricks a plenty. “I love this cleanse and the results I achieve from it. Clear, bright, blemish-free skin, weight loss, break from caffeine and sugar. It a wonderful thing to give to my body once a year. What I struggled with were some of the inconsistencies in servings of some of the meals. Some were so huge and some were so small, without much rhyme or reason, and would leave me quite hungry. It would also help in the future if instead of stating one zucchini or one sweet potatoes, to be more precise and say 2 cups for instance. Veggies vary too much in sizes. Also, what’s a pint? Lol. I never see that listed on containers anymore. Either go by cups or weighted grams on a scale would be more helpful. All in all you won’t regret doing this. It’s a great gift you can give to your body.”
“I joined the Fresh Start 21 day cleanse hoping I’d get a few meal ideas. Well no regrets! In the 21 days of meals, I would say that there were 2 meals that I would not make again. As a meal. Maybe I’d make them as a side dish. The meals were sooo flavourful. I not only got many meal ideas, I now have some healthy go to snacks. And the support and tips in the private Facebook group was great.
