“Cleaned hallway carpet. Brought it up well. Only downside was had to refill and empty couple if times however this could have been due to it being high traffic area. Cleaner is easy to manoeuvre and no more noisy than the Vax I previously had.”

“I’m extremely unhappy with the service I have had with this company !!!! The item was delivered late although I paid for next day delivery, part of the order is missing. I emailed 3 weeks to arrange a return no one has bothered to email me back!!!! I emailed again last week still no reply I’m so dissatisfied with this company I’m stuck with half an order that I can’t return because swan won’t acknowledge my email request TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“This product is amazing it’s the best carpet cleaner I’ve had and I’ve tested a few out this machine not only cleans and keeps the cleaning water and dirty water separate it leaves the carpet quite dry afterwards compared to other carpet cleaners carpets can stay quite wet after but not this one I love it”
