This powerful fan heater (3Kw) from Swan is very quick and fairly quiet. In other words, I get a warm room where I want it, when I want it.
Best placed on a hard surface as the air inlet is at the bottom and the top - a thick pile carpet might restrict the air flow.

“Does its job fine, but two irritations.
The marks for 0, ll, lll, are almost invisible because they are just moulded onto the plastic shell so very difficult to see. I put some little blobs of white paint to make them visible.
The cable is less than 4 foot long which is inconvenient if the plug socket is behind a cabinet or under the bed. You end up having the heater somewhere you don’t want. Maybe all heaters are the same these days…”
