“After purchasing a fan heater from Swan in the middle of November, it arrived a few days later but unfortunately it has been damaged in transit. I made arrangements to exchange the product on the day of receipt and dropped off the fan heater at a return drop off point (the other end of my village). 2-3 weeks later and despite sending a couple of emails asking about the whereabouts of the replacement, I am still to hear about whether the original has been received by Swan and when I can expect to receive the replacement. I have no issue with a product arriving damaged (it does happen unfortunately) and I have only requestes a direct like for like replacement and not a refund of funds. However I am little frustrated at the lack of visibility around the return and issue of a replacement products and that I have had no acknowledgement to me emails already sent asking for an update. This is poor customer service on the part of Swan. As for the fan heater itself ... Who knows whether it's any good or not. Maybe in the spring of 2024 I will get to use it....”
“Arrived within just a simple display box which was damaged, wet, and unsealed (open). No protective packaging inside or out, so no surprise when taken out and plugged in a clicking sound from fan before a piece of plastic fell out, now being returned for a proper replacement which we hope will be packaged properly before it is sent.”
