“I purchased THREE brand new Fan Heaters as your first time customer in good faith. Instead, I ended up buying “returns” from Swan. All the boxes were damaged - squashed. But this wasn’t at all due to packaging as they were carefully packaged by your courtiers. The priced was reduced from about £30 to £18 so the offer appeared to be too good hence the purchase in good faith. Fortunately, they are in good working order. I am an old age pensioner with many health problems & I needed these heaters urgently… in case I am not in habit of complaining if the product is working. Since your “most reputable company” requested feedback, I feel obliged to inform you guys that I will not be buying another from your SWAN because when you reduced price you send returns. I will soon be buying a New Microwave to replace old one but I could NEVER be a SWAN customer again because sadly, I have lost confidence - not your products (they are very reliable Can’t say same for customer service.”
“First heater casing was cracked and broken, delivered over a day later than originally advised. Replacement sent, also delivered much later than advised and the casing was cracked. Boxes looked as if they'd been dropped or thrown or something heavy placed on top. Photos sent to Customer Service. Both delivered by Evri. Third one delivered by Yodel, exactly on time, and undamaged. Pleased with the heater - excellent.”
“It arrived by Evri with no protective packing inside th shop shelf cardboard product box, no seal on the box, no weatherproof postal bag, dropped over a 6ft gate so the fan heater was cracked and chipped, and left outside in the rain so it was soggy and unreturnable. An immediate complaint was sent and Swan 'customer support' promised a reply in 5 working days. 2 weeks later they still haven't replied, but I got this review request. Would give nil stars to Swan if i could.”
“When I bought it, it was delivered with the corner/ side broken off. I let Swan know by email and sent a photograph of the damage. I had an automated response that the matter was being looked into. I haven’t had anything further from yourselves. What should I do?”
“Don't buy direct from Swan as the item is poorly packaged (with no buffering protection inside the product cardboard box), unsealed, and not wrapped in any protective postal bag. That's right - Swan sent an opened box wewith n electrical item rattling around in it by just sticking on a label and handing it to a poor carrier like Evri. No wonder delivery is free - mine arrived wet, bashed, open, chipped and cracked.”
