“My husband and I have both lost 6 to 8kgs and my son has lost 17kgs and we are all feeling great. I have even reversed a few health issues as well and even when I couldn't exercise couple of months ago because of my health issue I still lost weight. Now I am able to exercise again and I have heaps of energy as well. We add a bit of fruit like banana or frozen berries and a drop of soy milk to add a pop to the shake. We even mix the flavours for variety. My favourite is a spoon of coffee with a spoon of chocolate.”
