“It has worked. A combination of what I find good quality nutrition in the powder, cutting carbs out( difficult, but possible), and exercise. The powder works for me as it fills me up, means I don’t snack and don’t feel I need to, and I can work to a goal. A tip for anyone is to get quality electronic scales to weigh in and check yourself.
