“Very strong taste and very thick, I tried the vegan vanilla and added a teaspoon of honey and instead of 350ml water I added 175ml water with 2 scoops of vanilla vegan powder and added 175ml of unsweetened almond milk, the almond milk helped with the taste, its very thick with water or milk so I would probably just keep to 1 scoop of powder or you can add it to smoothies and low sugar, low carb desserts to help with the taste. I will purchase again definitely as it will help to lose weight and check the website for recipes you can make at home while on the diet. to help cravings I suggest buying Sugar free dark chocolate or milk chocolate, I find that helps and I eat only a few pieces if im craving.”
