“Unfortunately I didn’t find these to be a meal replacement at all. I was still hungry after I had a shake. I’m not over weight just wanted to skip a meal here and there to help drop some stubborn fat. On the plus side the flavours were pretty good, they were easy to drink just wish they kept my fuller.”
“Since beginning the lady shake (maybe 2 years ago?) I have lost 25kg. I have a mocha shake every morning (1 scoop chocolate and 1 scoop coffee in 400mls cold water). I love it and look forward to it! I decided to try the passion fruit shake but it’s way too sweet for me. Nice flavour however. I might try mixing with a scoop of chocolate. You never know
I love that you get one bag for free every time you order. ❤️”
