“I really like the shakes and find it convenient that I don’t need to think what to have for breakfast and lunch. I like to mix my shake powders for variety with a scoop each of different flavours. Choc/vanilla, strawberry/choc, vanilla/banana. Cinnamon added to banana and vanilla is also nice. I also add psyllium husks at breakfast for extra fibre. I am loosing weight and am looking forward to reaching my goal weight.”
