“Best shake I have tasted. Coffee is my favourite. Replacing breakfast and lunch with a shake has helped me lose 10kg in 7 months. I don't have the time (or motivation) to exercise. These shakes fill me up, so I don't have the urge to snack throughout the day. I have Lady Bars on hand if I am hungry. The chocolate chunk bar tastes just like the old space food sticks we had as kids. So tasty. I have one chopped into small pieces in the fridge to grab when I need a sweet treat, so I don't eat chocolate”
