“I have been using Vanilla for a year for nutrition (one serving a day) but have just gotten serious about the weight loss aspect so I am taking it twice a day over the last week with one main meal at lunchtime. I am not hungry and because of that, I don't get the anxiety when I use to get hungry. I mix the powder in a cup with grounded flaxseed then pour it into cold water in the shaker with a mixing ball, as I find there are no lumps this way. I use just less than 2 scoops to adjust the thickness to suit. So in 7 days I have lost 3kg with exercise also and am feeling lighter, not bloated. I normally bloat with normal eating food (maybe due to not being disciplined to eat the appropriate amount). Because I am not starving I can discipline the appropriate amount of food at lunchtime.
