What about hot or cold soups, teas etc?
Compared to Optifast and Optislim, Manshake does not mix well. The others mix almost immediately.
Manshake is harder to clean from shaker and no matter how well I clean them, sometimes they develop a sour odour. It seems to stick to everything wheras Optislim/Optifast simply rinses off.
The dust from the powder is very fine and seems to blow and spill everywhere when opening/closing bags and when mixing. Not the same for Opti.
Shaker is inferior quality and the two I have is starting to fall apart plus cap comes off”
“So far very impressed. It's only been 1 week. My biggest fear was that I would be still hungry afterwards or hungry soon after drinking the shake. So far this has not happened and really happy with this. The shake itself is really tasty and quite thick which I am sure plays a part in making me feel fuller for longer.”

The Super Greens are great, I have been adding in one scoop with the Chocolate Honeycomb and as well the Cookies n Cream shakes. I am down 4.1kg in 2 weeks. This has made it easy to stick to the regimen.”
