“It is reasonably priced. Other than two packs that I bought, it is the first time I am buying four packs with one being free. I need more time to evaluate the value of these meal replacements. I first started on Optifast and lost 6kg in less than two weeks. I wanted to try The Man Shake. So far I have lost two kilos in two weeks. I will persevere, but not fully convinced yet which is better, Optifast or The Man Shake.”
