“I’ve been using the Man Shakes for just over a month and have definitely seen some weight come off. Using the shakes means that I don’t have to think about what to eat for 2 out of 3 meals and personally they do keep me satiated. So far I have enjoyed the Banana & Chocolate Honeycomb flavours but the Choc Banana is my favourite by far. I also ordered the strawberry but really didn’t like it as it tasted fake and a bit bitter. I would like to try the other flavours but in a smaller taster size before I purchase any more big packs. I’ll keep going as long it’s working for me.”
