If you do find our GO range of shakes a little sweet, you can add a shot of coffee/some ground coffee or add more liquid which should also dilute the sweetness.

“Bit early for proper feedback, I've only been on it for a week. Sa far very good, I'm not getting any cravings between meals, I never used to before but I genuinely believe I'm already on the path to weight loss. Also a bit early for a definitive answer but I do less lethargic towards the end of day, more energised in general, sleeping has improved and just feeling better all round :D”
