“The Man Shakes are fantastic and they help out immensely when I am on my shifts at night and early mornings. I don't get the urge to eat junk food. I eat small amounts of fruit and drink heaps of water on my 12hrs shifts. On my days off I have one at breakfast and lunch and have a normal meal at night and occassionally spoil myself with some ice cream or a chocolate. After 9.30 at night I don't snack and only drink a small amount of water which keeps the hunger urges away. My weight is at a steady 85.9kgs, down from 98.95 kgs.”
