What's in this pack?

The Man Shake is a healthy meal in a shake. The program is simple to follow and the best part is you don't have to give up the food you love or starve yourself to the bone.

We have literally packed in everything your body needs to feel great and be the best version of you possible.

This pack contains enough of the good stuff to keep you going for an entire month if you stick the program of having 2 shakes a day:

4 x The Man Shake or The Man Shake GO!
1 x The Man Shaker

The Man Shake contains 15 servings, so this pack can last you 30 days if you follow the 2 shakes a day program. The Man Shake GO! contains 10 servings, with each serving containing 2 shots of caffeine, thus it is recommended to have only one of these per day (breakfast is the best!) and one of your normal The Man Shakes.

Please note that if you follow the 2 shakes a day program with The Man Shake AND The Man Shake GO!, this pack will last you approximately 25 days.

“I was going to suggest a sampler pack with all flavours and now see it's NEW and now available, this should be promoted more heavily before we soend quite a bit on large satchels. Got Coffee & Latte and find the Latte not nice at all, but now stuck with it!! The ManShake texture takes a bit of getting used to.”

“Working on a farm, I work long hours, and having a young family at home I don’t want to waste too much time preparing for work. It’s easy to just throw some powder and a bottle of water into my lunch box and only takes 10 seconds to mix it and drink. Saves time at home and at work. Flavours are all pretty good, and the shaker is cheaper and better than most generic ones bought at the supermarket.”
