I drink it first thing in the morning and have been pleasantly surprised - it’s refreshing, I do seem to have more energy and I’ve noticed that I’m not looking for that big coffee hit in the afternoon. “The lady shake taught me the value of breakfast, (being Gen X, with mother out the door at 7am and an absentee father, I stopped eating breakfast very early), Boost makes me look forward to lunch. I add a scoop to my smoothie along with some seaweed fibre and the zing in the Boost makes pretty much everything taste better. I've never been a fan of solid food before 3pm, but I have lunch everyday now. I'm addicted to it. It really does give me a boost until dinner. I could wish there were more flavours, (I'm thinking mixed berry or lemon/lime, but the pine/passionfruit seems to complement any other fruit/vegetable I utilise. Genius, really.”
