“The signs were very good but the buying experience was not teh greatest at first. Instead of contacting me to confirm and go over the dimensions selected of a sign being reversed they just cancelled the order of the signs, sent the stakes anyway so there was a lot of confusion about the shipping which they charge a crazy amount for. The cancellation email sent stated how to correct it but this could have EASILY been taken care of in a couple minutes vs hours and the several day delay. In teh end they stepped up and made it right but it was not the easiest to do and required a lot of time on the phone with customer service. I'll most likely order from them again when I need some new signs but to save people a headache just make sure to double check your dimensions (WIDTH IS FIRST). I wish they would have those overall dimensions marked on the proof which would help a lot as well.”
