“I feel that they respond quickly & I received what I ordered in a timely manner. I did not see clearly though before my purchase that they do not accept returns. I ordered the wrong thing & had no way of returning it. I will be very cautious if I consider using them again.”

“My signs were perfect! Many people have stopped to ask where we got them. I gave away 3 of the 4 that I ordered to get the word out.”

“It seemed the ink was running out when my custom signs were printed. Reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures which I sent immediately and made a formal complaint for reprints. They indicated they would be back with me in 2 days to determine a course of action. I called them back after not hearing from them in 8 days and they told me once again it would be 2 days with a response...that was 3 days ago....I would go elsewhere....”
