“It seemed the ink was running out when my custom signs were printed. Reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures which I sent immediately and made a formal complaint for reprints. They indicated they would be back with me in 2 days to determine a course of action. I called them back after not hearing from them in 8 days and they told me once again it would be 2 days with a response...that was 3 days ago....I would go elsewhere....”
